3% Payment Gateway Charges will be deducted from the refund.
✔ After Shipment:
Cancellation not allowed once the product is dispatched.
You may return the product after delivery (as per Return Policy).
✔ Exceptions (Free Cancellation):
If the product is damaged, defective, or mismatched.
No deduction for genuine seller errors.

3% Payment Gateway Charges (for pre-shipment cancellations).
No charges for seller errors (wrong/damaged products).
✔ Timeline: Refund credited within 7-10 business days.
🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders already shipped/dispatched.
Customized/bundled products (unless defective).
