3. Ordering & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
COD orders may have restrictions based on location or order value.
EMI options are subject to bank approval.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000 (India only).
Delivery time: 2-3 business days (subject to courier delays).
Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (orders after this are processed the next day).
We are not liable for delays due to logistics issues, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation allowed before shipment (3% payment gateway charges apply).
No cancellations once the order is dispatched.
Exceptions: Wrong/damaged products can be returned as per the Return Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
7-day return policy for defective/wrong items.
5% restocking fee + shipping charges deducted from refunds.
Refunds processed within 10 business days after return inspection.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
7. Warranty & Product Condition
Refurbished products come with a 1-year warranty (unless specified otherwise).
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only (not physical damage/misuse).
Customers must provide proof of purchase for warranty claims.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect damages (data loss, business interruption).
Product misuse or unauthorized repairs.
Third-party services (couriers, payment gateways).
9. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
