Warranty Coverage
1. Hardware & Component Coverage
– The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
– Exclusions:
– Physical damage (drops, liquid spills, cracks, etc.).
– Battery bloating or wear over time.
– Burned or overheated components due to misuse.
– Unauthorized modifications or upgrades (hardware/software).

2. Warranty Void Conditions
– If the warranty seal/sticker is tampered with by the customer or dealer without Mtronics authorization.
– Any damage caused by customer-installed hardware/software upgrades.

3. Software & Settings
– Software-related issues (e.g., OS corruption, forgotten passwords, malware, partition errors) are the customer’s responsibility.
– For software troubleshooting, the laptop must be physically brought to an authorized service center (no pickup/drop service).

4. Faulty Parts Replacement
– Defective components (keyboard, battery, screen, motherboard, fan, etc.) will be repaired or replaced at Mtronics’ discretion.
– Full laptop replacement is only considered if the issue cannot be resolved after part replacements.

Service Policies
1. Pickup & Drop Service
– In-Warranty: Free for hardware issues (within serviceable areas).
– Out-of-Warranty: Charges apply; minimum 3 working days for processing.
– Out-of-Town: Minimum 5 working days (subject to logistics).

2. Repair Timeline
– Standard repairs: Up to 7 working days.
– Complex repairs: Up to 15 working days (customer will be notified).

3. Replacement Policy
– Laptop replacement is only offered if repairs fail after multiple attempts.

Customer Responsibilities
– Report missing features (e.g., Bluetooth) within 1 month of purchase.
– Provide a short video of the issue via WhatsApp (7045549233) for diagnostics.
– Backup data before service; Mtronics is not responsible for data loss.

General Terms
– Warranty duration is as per the invoice/purchase agreement.
– Misuse, accidents, or natural disasters are not covered.
– Service timelines may vary due to external factors.
