Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Non-defective products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (with all tags and accessories intact).

  • Defective or damaged products will be accepted even if opened, provided the issue is reported within the return window.

  • Wrong items shipped by us will qualify for a full refund or exchange.

What Can Be Returned?

✅ Defective/Damaged products: Items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
✅ Incorrect items shipped: If you received the wrong product.

What Cannot Be Returned?

Return Process

  2. Return Approval: We will verify your request and provide a Return Authorization (if eligible).

  3. Ship the Item Back: Securely pack the product and ship it to our return address.

  4. Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refund Method: Processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of return approval.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any hidden fees for eligible returns.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For non-defective returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

  • Company Responsibility: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping fees.
