Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Non-defective products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (with all tags and accessories intact).
Defective or damaged products will be accepted even if opened, provided the issue is reported within the return window.
Wrong items shipped by us will qualify for a full refund or exchange.
What Can Be Returned?

What Cannot Be Returned?

Return Process

Return Approval: We will verify your request and provide a Return Authorization (if eligible).
Ship the Item Back: Securely pack the product and ship it to our return address.
Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of return approval.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any hidden fees for eligible returns.
Exchange Policy

Return Shipping Costs
